A Meditation for Educators

Surreal Self Care's Signature Meditation has four elements: (1) Forgiveness, (2) Self-Love, (3) Imagination, and (4) Practice. We embody these elements through four practices: deep breathing, visualization, reflection, and connection. This practice is open to all ages and experience levels.

Your Self-Care Matters: 
Tools for Practicing Mindful Self-Care

This session is for educators who desire practical tools and tips for integrating self-care and mindfulness into their lives. Educators who join will be provided space to discuss current practices and roadblocks, gain tools and strategies for practicing mindful self-care, and receive a free self-care planner.

Self-Care & Mindfulness: Strategies for Cultivating a Conscious Classroom/Community

This one-week course provides educators with space to connect to their self-care needs, dig deep into their current practices, learn and practice mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, and explore ways to integrate mindfulness and self-care into their classrooms/communities.

Dates: August 10-14, 2020

Time: 9am-4pm (including lunch and time for individual practice)

Investment: $250 (scholarships available)
